WHY?
Running a school can be challenging. Every year, school leaders are faced with new situations that they must adapt to and educate themselves in, on top of their ever-growing list of responsibilities. They oftentimes find themselves looking for support, advice or just someone who can relate.
WHAT?
Our mission is to provide a strong foundation of resources, oversight, guidance and leadership both to and in partnership with educational leaders of community schools serving children and society. We feel it necessary to create an extra space where ERCO partners can benefit from it's network and function.
The ERCO Leader Consortium is group of leaders consisting of principals, superintendents and school leaders of ERCO sponsored schools that meet frequently to connect, and receive support and professional development.
HOW?
The ELC is open to all ERCO school administrators, superintendents and leadership by invitation only. An email will be send to all principals/superintendents notifying them of upcoming meetings including Zoom information to join sessions at the scheduled time. Professional development will be made available to view after meetings have concluded.
