David Harding is the President of ERCO, leading school compliance, governance, and performance oversight. Since joining ERCO in 2016, he has gained extensive experience in sponsorship and operations. A Darwin T. Turner Scholar, he earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Cincinnati. With expertise in project management, information systems, and strategic planning, David remains dedicated to ensuring the long-term success of ERCO’s schools, students, and staff.

Aaron Kinebrew, Vice President of Compliance and Legal, has over 15 years of sponsorship experience and 20+ years in education. He has served in teaching, counseling, and administration, specializing in school compliance and student support. Aaron earned a B.A. from Kent State University, completed graduate studies at Xavier University, and holds leadership and education certifications from Northwestern, Harvard, and other institutions.

James Wilson, Vice President of Sponsor Operations and Financials, has over 10 years of sponsorship experience specializing in school finance, facilities, governance, and accountability. He provides financial monitoring and support to ERCO schools, ensuring compliance and fiscal responsibility. With a background in financial and business management, James helps schools achieve sustainable operations. He holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from The Union Institute and University.

Nichole Humphrey is a passionate educational leader with over a decade of experience in K-12 settings. She has served as a teacher, administrator, and district coordinator, with expertise in PBIS, compliance, and strategic planning. Known for fostering inclusive, student-centered environments, she also serves as Director of Arts and Communication at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, merging her love for education, community, and the arts.

Brian Anderson joined ERCO in 2019, bringing a strong background in mathematics and engineering. As Director of Data Analysis and Integrity, he plays a key role in shaping data systems and processes that enhance transparency, accuracy, and informed decision-making across ERCO’s network of schools. Brian’s analytical expertise and commitment to educational excellence help drive continuous improvement and ensure that every student’s progress is meaningfully supported. 

Dr. Linda Louise Gibson Fletcher, Vice President of Academics, is committed to improving outcomes for underserved students. She holds degrees from Cleveland State, Ashland University, and a Ph.D. from the University of Dayton. A former principal, superintendent, and school founder, she supports school leaders, teaches at Capella University, mentors principals, and leads Inspire2Teach1, Inc., advocating for education and mentorship.

Dr. Porsche Chisley, Academic School Improvement Specialist, is a passionate advocate for high-quality education with expertise in teaching, leadership, and strategic planning. A former Teach for America corps member and Sue Lehman Teacher of the Year nominee, she led her charter network in ELA proficiency. She specializes in charter school support, executive coaching, and training and is pursuing a doctorate in Educational Organizational Leadership from Marian University.

Sean Fraunfelter, Financial Specialist, is a CPA and owner of Fraunfelter Accounting Services since 2000. He has extensive experience in GAAP conversions, CAFRs, and non-profit tax reporting, serving local governments across Ohio. Since 2012, he has overseen financial reports and analysis for ERCO schools. An ERCO Advisory Board member, church leader, and tennis coach, Sean remains committed to financial excellence and community service.

Michael Kelly, Cincinnati/Dayton Regional Representative, has over 40 years of experience in parochial, public, and charter education. He holds a B.A. from Wabash College and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati. Passionate about student achievement, he works with school leaders to implement data-driven strategies and goal-oriented plans. As an Ohio Improvement Process Facilitator, he helps schools build collaborative, results-driven spaces.

Darcel Williams is an experienced educational leader specializing in school improvement, instructional leadership, and organizational change. As principal of Cleveland Heights High School, she led efforts that significantly improved academic performance. She later supported the development of eight new schools as Program Manager of New Schools for Cleveland Metropolitan School District. Darcel is committed to strengthening school leadership, supporting educators, and expanding opportunities for students through high expectations and equitable access to quality education.

Dr. Sasheen Phillips is a committed education leader and advocate for equitable, high-quality learning for all students. With leadership experience at both the district and state levels, she has driven key initiatives in K–12 literacy, special education, and college and career readiness. Her expertise includes leadership development, inclusive education, systems planning, and organizational change. Sasheen is currently pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership at Ohio University.

Darlene Harding, Sponsor Operations Specialist, has worked alongside her late husband, J. Leonard Harding Jr., since ERCO’s inception in 2005 and supports the Operations and Financials Department. She earned her Child Development Associate credential and served 13 years as Director of Christ Tabernacle Learning Center. She also holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Ohio University, worked in the field for over 17 years, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Counseling at Regent University.

Sonya Lunsford, ERCO’s Administrative Assistant/Office Manager, has over 25 years of clerical experience, including 18 as an Executive Administrative Assistant. She studied Business Administration at Indiana State University and Office Administration at the University of Cincinnati. With strong organizational skills, Sonya keeps ERCO’s daily operations running smoothly, effectively supporting both staff and schools. Her dedication ensures tasks are handled with care.

Karen Parker, ERCO’s Receptionist, Secretary, and Accounts Payable Specialist, brings 45 years of expertise in office management and operations. She ensures seamless administrative functions, financial accuracy, and effective communication while supporting staff, school partners, and leadership. Known for her strategic problem-solving and organizational efficiency, Karen plays a key role in optimizing workflows and fostering a professional, welcoming environment.
