David Harding
President
David leads ERCO as President, overseeing school compliance, governance, & performance. Since 2016, he has applied expertise in project management & strategic planning to support schools, students, & staff, & holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Cincinnati.

Aaron Kinebrew
Vice President of Compliance & Legal
Aaron brings over 20 years in education, specializing in compliance & student support. He holds a B.A. from Kent State University, completed graduate studies at Xavier University, & earned leadership certifications from Harvard & Northwestern.

James Wilson
Vice President of Financials & Operations
James manages school finance, governance, & accountability to support sustainable operations. He holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership & has over a decade of sponsorship & financial experience.

Nichole Humphrey
Vice President of School Oversight
Nichole has over a decade of K-12 experience in teaching and administration. She specializes in PBIS, compliance, strategic planning, & serves as Director of Arts & Communication at Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

Brian Anderson
Director of Data Analysis & Integrity
Brian joined ERCO in 2019 with a background in mathematics & engineering. As Director of Data Analysis & Integrity, he develops systems that improve transparency, accuracy, & school-decision making.

Sonya Lunsford
Executive Administrator
Sonya ensures smooth daily operations & supports staff and schools. She brings over 25 years of clerical experience, including 18 years as an Executive Administrative Assistant.

Academic Performance & Accountability Specialist
Linda mentors school leaders & advocates for underserved students. She holds degrees from Cleveland State University, Ashland University, & a Ph.D. from the University of Dayton, with experience as a principal. superintendent, & school founder.

Porsche supports charter schools & provides executive coaching. A former Teach for America corps member, she holds a doctorate in Educational Organizational Leadership from Marian University.

Sasheen advocates for equitable, high-quality learning & leadership development. She has district and state-level experience and is pursuing a doctorate in Educational Leadership at Ohio University.

Cincinnati/Dayton Representative
Michael has 40+ years of experience in parochial, public, & charter education. He holds a B.A. from Wabash College & an M.Ed. from the University of Cincinnati, helping schools implement data-driven improvement plans.

Daniel supports school compliance, finance, & operations. He holds a B.A. in Business Management from Kent State University, an M.A. in Nonprofit Organizational Management, & has served on charter & advocacy boards.

​Abbriel supports ERCO's administration, quality, and oversight team. She holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership, a minor in Black Studies, and a Micro-Credential in Leadership Development from Northern Kentucky University.

Financial Specialist/Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Sean oversees financial reporting & analysis for ERCO schools. A CPA & owner of Fraunfelter Accounting Services, he brings extensive nonprofit & government finance experience.

Darlene Harding
Sponsor Operations Specialist
Darlene Harding has supported ERCO since 2005, assisting the Operations and Financials Department. She has a background in early childhood education, a BFA in Graphic Design from Ohio University, and over 17 years of professional experience. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Counseling at Regent University.

Karen manages administrative tasks and supports staff & school partners. She brings 45+ years of office management experience, ensuring efficient workflows.
