2005
ERCO’s story began in February 2005, serving Ohio’s charter/community schools with the sponsorship and oversight needed for excellence.
Early Years
ERCO partnered with 15 schools, building strong foundations for student success.
Today
ERCO sponsors 20+ schools across Ohio, serving thousands of students with excellence, integrity, and care.

J. Leonard Harding Jr., founding Executive Director of ERCO, dedicated over 30 years to guiding schools, empowering leaders, & serving his community.
As co-founder of Christ Tabernacle Ministries of Excellence, Inc., Mr. Harding's faith-driven leadership laid the foundation for ERCO's mission to serve Ohio's schools with excellence, intergrity, & communities.
Continuing His Mission
ERCO carries forward Mr. Harding's vision, striving for excellence in education, leadership, & service in every school & community we impact.
