A Legacy of Leadership, Education, and Service
J. Leonard Harding, the founding Executive Director of Educational Resource Consultants of Ohio (ERCO), dedicated his life to education, leadership, and community impact. With over 30 years of experience, he combined his passion for education and business to guide schools and empower leaders.
​
A graduate of Miami University with a B.S. in Education, he earned a Master’s in Educational Administration from Xavier University and pursued a superintendent’s license through the University of Cincinnati’s Urban Educational Leadership Program. His career spanned roles as Director of Education for Hamilton County Juvenile Court, an administrator in Northwest Local School District, and a teacher in Princeton City Schools.

Beyond K-12 education, Mr. Harding shaped future educators as an adjunct professor at Xavier University and a student teacher supervisor at Mount Vernon University’s Cincinnati branch. Recognized for his excellence, he received awards for "Excellence in Programming" from Xavier University and the "Ohio Principals Mentoring Program" from the State of Ohio.

More than an educator, J. Leonard Harding was a visionary. As co-founder of Christ Tabernacle Ministries of Excellence, Inc., ERCO’s parent organization, he laid the foundation for a mission-driven legacy that continues to serve Ohio’s schools and communities. His commitment to education, faith, and service lives on in the countless lives he impacted.
